In the February 2023 edition of the Digital Council’s CONEXT publication we meet Inge Mnukwa, a 22-year-old from Khayelitsha in Cape Town, who shares her journey from DigiLink candidate to BMW as a data tester.

With digital jobs on the rise, while other sectors of our economy shrink,  companies are encouraged to take a bet on young people. Tech-focused work integrated learning programmes like DigiLink can connect employers with supervised, entry-level digital talent to augment and support their digital delivery teams while bridging the skills gap and bringing young people into the economy.
